Secret Superstar - Simply wonderful

Dear Friends, Greetings! After seven consecutive posts on running tips and running experiences, here I am with one of my favorite hobbies - writing a movie review. Today I watched this weekend release movie "Secret Superstar" coming from the stable of Aamir Khan productions.  Plot : The movie is about a high school girl Insiya (Zahira Wasim of Dangal fame) coming from a middle class Muslim family in Vadodara. Dear Friends, Happy Deepavali! I could see more than 80 hits to my previous post in which I shared my experiences of my first venture running a 10K event. Thank you for your encouraging response! Running 10K had brought a different kind of confidence in me. I started believing in myself and in my own stamina. You need to run 11...

Since I had never experienced any kind of road running prior I opted for the least distance category i.e. 5K (Half Marathon and 10K being the main categories). My friends Ravi and Mohan also registered with me for the same category. We didn't do any special practice as at that point of time we didn't have anyone among our friends who had long distance running experience. We participated, started running, strolled some distance again picking the pace, the...
